A photo timeline is an outline of all the scheduled photos and events that will take place during your wedding day. Creating this allows us to plan out your day, prioritizing what is most important to you! About three months prior to your wedding day, I will send you a questionnaire to get all the important details I need to create a custom timeline just for your wedding.
Yes absolutely! After your initial $1,000 retainer is paid to secure your date, I offer an installment plan that allows you to split the total cost into up to five easy payments. The full balance is due one month before your wedding day for a stress-free planning experience.
My editing is colorful, vibrant, bold, and true-to-life with just a little bit of pizazz. My photography style is heavily influenced by the wonderful people I work with. Which means no single gallery is exactly the same because no couple is exactly the same. I spend time really getting to know who you are so I can hone in on what is most important to you on your wedding day. The result is genuine and heartfelt images that feel like a celebration of you and your partner, your people, and the things you care about most.
Booking an engagement session with your wedding package gives you and your partner the opportunity to see what it’s like to work with me and get more comfortable in front of the camera. Being photographed can feel like such a vulnerable experience at first, and this allows you to see what it’s like without the added pressure of a wedding day. Plus bonus photos of the two of you being cute as hell. I call that a win-win!
As of 2024, I am now offering the option to add 35mm film and Polaroids to your session or wedding day! Film is a great addition if you want to add that imperfect but nostalgic vibe to your wedding gallery.
The simple answer is I don’t! When you book with me, you are doing so with the understanding that you are hiring me for my specific style and skills.
I deliver couple and engagement sessions within 4 weeks and weddings within 12 weeks. I know how hard it is to wait for your photos, which is why I send you a highlight gallery within a week of your wedding day! I promise, I'm just as excited as you are for you to see your photos. I truly believe in making sure you get the best possible gallery I can give you, and I edit every single image in your gallery with the care and time it deserves!
It varies from wedding to wedding, but I estimate about 50-100 images per hour booked! Every wedding is different, but I promise you that your gallery will include every photo you could want and more.
Short of me being in the hospital or an extreme family emergency/life or death situation, I will be there! In case of an emergency, I have strong connections to trusted colleagues in the photography community, and I will find a replacement photographer in the area to shoot your wedding in my place. I will still handle the editing and gallery delivery so that your photos will be consistent with the style you hired!
Absolutely, I do! I have traveled all over the country and even internationally to photograph people in love. To ensure that every couple I work with is given the same amount of time, energy, and love they deserve, I only take on a limited number of destination weddings a year. So if you are interested in booking yours with me, I absolutely recommend reaching out sooner rather than later!
At this time, I only offer wedding and couple photography. However, I have an extensive list of recommendations for other photographers I know and love who offer these types of sessions. Feel free to reach out for a referral!
Keeping your photos safe is so important to me. I have multiple means of backing up all of your photos, so you can rest assured that your precious memories are always safe with me. Your final edited photos will be delivered via an online gallery. Your private gallery link will be emailed to you so that you can immediately download and share your wedding photos with all your friends and family.
If you’ve already booked your date with me and you need to cancel or reschedule your wedding or session date, you will need to pay a new retainer and sign a new contract for the new date.

Alex is incredibly skilled and talented in her art, but she is also a professional and organized communicator and planner. My husband and I felt like we were in very good hands...She was always direct with her questions and finding out what she needed to know from us/what we were looking for. She was upfront and clear about the timeline of the session, when we would receive our first look photos and full gallery, and delivered exactly as she promised...It was incredibly windy, cold, and a big group of people with a lot of dynamics to keep in mind and juggle. I don't know how she managed to deliver a gallery where it looked like the wind wasn't INSANE that day, but she did it...You feel safe with her, like you can be vulnerable. You can tell she is going to be your biggest cheerleader and takes great time and care for all her clients.
