Top 5 Inclusive Wedding Venues in OKC

If you’ve been on the hunt for venue in Oklahoma that you know for a fact has values that align with yours, you’ve come to the right place. I never want my couples (or any couples) to go through the experience of inquiring with a venue, just to find out they’re not LGBTQ+ friendly. Which is exactly why I decided to put together a list of the top 5 inclusive wedding venues in OKC!

Merrick Hollow

This is by far one of my favorite wedding venues in OKC. Merrick Hollow was built in 2020 and continues to be the go-to venue for couples wanting the perfect combination of woodland landscape and modern elegance. If you’re wanting banquet-style seating, they can host about 170 people! And if you’re open to cocktail-style seating, you can have up to 200 guests at your reception. Or if you’re thinking of eloping, they even have a discounted elopement package for up to 35 guests! Otherwise, their pricing starts at $2800 for weekday weddings, and up to $3300 for weekend weddings. If you’d like to inquire with them, you can fill out their contact form here

Civic Center Special Events

Although a wedding here at the OK Civic Center might not be your first thought, my couples have had nothing but great experiences at this venue! With 4 different venues and 3 completely customizable special event spaces, the possibilities are endless

The first space, the Meinders Hall of Mirrors, is the perfect space for couples wanting an Art Deco vibe. This ballroom is filled with 1930’s historic architecture and the best views of the downtown skyline and Bicentennial Park! The layout  can be custom designed to your exact wedding specificiants, and the Meiners Hall of Mirrors can hold up to 300 guests with its 5,000 sq feet.

The second space, Joel Levine Rehearsal Hall, is more for the intimate, laid back weddings. Still having tons of space so no one feels cramped, this venue is 3,100 sq feet with breathtaking 20-foot ceilings. It’s complete with simplistic, modern styling but of course can be totally customized depending on what your wedding theme is!

Last but not least, we have Bicentennial Park. For all you couples out there who want to have an outdoor wedding and enjoy the OK sunshine, this venue is for you! You’ll get awesome views of Downtown Oklahoma City, and while you’re saying your vows you’ll have a total 360 view. And you can even get married here outdoors in the evening, right under the stars with soft, romantic accent lighting.

Will Rogers Conservatory

Hear me out: who wouldn’t love a conservatory wedding at one of the best inclusive wedding venues in OKC?? Will Rogers Conservatory has sooo many indoor and outdoor venues to choose from, each one more beautiful than the next! Not to mention, this venue is definitely on the more affordable side, considering they charge by the hour instead of a flat fee. For details on all their spaces & hourly rates, you can check out their Event Brochure

Plenty Mercantile

The Venue at Plenty is attached to their flagship store in Downtown OKC in the historic Automobile Alley. If you choose to have your wedding here, you can choose from utilizing their rooftop, warehouse, or both! The Rooftop is a 2,300 sq foot open, uncovered space that can hold up to. You could have your ceremony up there, then head down to The Warehouse, which is a 1,300 sq foot white brick space. Like I mentioned, you can rent these spaces together or separately, depending on what your vision is. For both spaces, their prices start at $3595. To get in touch with them, you can get their event contact info here

Blueberry Hill Stone Barn

If you want alllll the rustic, forest vibes for your Oklahoma wedding, man have I got the perfect venue for you. Blueberry Hill Stone Barn is a 1930’s dairy farm located in Forest Park, OK. The history behind this venue is what really gets me though: A farmer promised to build this home for his love if she promised to move from France to Oklahoma with him. Of course she ended up making the move, and they raised four kids here while running the dairy farm!

They have Standard, Microwedding, and Elopement packages depending on the size of your event (and budget!). Their Standard BYOBW package starts at $3050 for an 8 hour rental and up to 120 guests. For microweddings, the guest count is limited to 25 people and the ceremony & reception can be priced separately. $850 for 2 hours of ceremony time (included chairs), or $1550 for both ceremony and reception rentals and a total of 4 hours. Last but not least, their Elopement Package gives you a 2 hours rental, up to 10 guests for a flat rate of $550.

To inquire with them about any of their packages, you can fill out their contact form here!
